The E3 building is a restaurant space with a privileged position overlooking the Urban Park and Praia Norte beach. It is developed over two floors, also making use of the rooftop terrace as an outdoor space for users.
The construction system is based on timber, with the exception of a single concrete element that incorporates the staircase providing access to the first floor.
On the ground floor, all technical, support and kitchen areas are located, as well as the restaurant dining spaces, both indoors and on the outdoor terrace. On the first floor, there is a bar-type lounge with all service support areas, including a food lift. This level also connects to the aforementioned terrace, which is supported by the bar.
